Bride: Alice
Groom: Peter Pan
Best man: Taran
Parents of Bride: We never see Alice's parents so I wouldn't know who they are, but she probably has parents and they would probably be at the wedding.
Parents of Groom: Peter probably did have parents, but in the book he mentions he left home to go to Neverland and when he decided to head home after a while, he looked in the window of his old bedroom and saw a little boy asleep in his bed. He was upset that his mother replaced him with another child so in the book he disliked the whole 'mother' thing. So, I doubt his parents would be at the wedding.
Flower girls: Jenny, Penny and Eilonwy
Bridemaids: The mermaids from Peter Pan, Wendy and Tinkerbell
Maid of Honor: Alice's sister
Ring Bearer: The March Hare
Minister: The Mad Hatter
Organ Player: Grumpy (I couldn't think of anyone else, and besides he does play what looks like an organ in the movie)

The guests would probably include The White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, Tiger Lily, a few Indians maybe, The Lost Boys, John, Michael, Dinah, The Dormouse, The Caterpillar, Mr. Smee (because, why not?) and a few others from different movies like maybe a few princesses.

Yes, I get Peter and Alice are kids. I guess you could say this is a kids idea of a wedding and not a real one, or it is real. Who knows. Think up your own idea of how this happened. And, can you actually imagine Neverland characters meeting Wonderland characters? I would love to see how the wedding would go. I think it would be the wedding of the century.
